Ribeiro (20-4) just came out from a dropped a controversial split decision to Lyle Beerbohm in his Strikeforce debut in May, while his opponent, Wilcox (9-3) is riding a four-fight win streak.

Co headlines the Strikeforce Challengers is a televised bout of the rising lightweight star Ryan Couture(1-0), son of the well-known UFC's Randy Couture. Couture has just had his mma debut against Lucas Stark which ended with a first-round submission(triangle choke).
